  • Cheddar Cheese: Cheddar cheese is the basic part of these biscuits and gives them their signature taste of cheddar. It also contributes to the color of the biscuits and helps various Ingredients of the biscuits come together.
  • Almond Flour: In this particular recipe, almond flour is taken as the substitute and the end result is incredibly light and soft biscuit. It gives a amazing texture to the crumb with a very mild nutty taste.
  • Baking Powder: To be used as a leavener, baking powder helps these biscuits rise tall and fluffy to not get weighed down with cheese and too dense.
  • Eggs: The egg also contributes to this dietary biscuit recipe by providing moisture and binding the dough with the other ingredients. At the same time they help to make sure that these biscuits are quite airy and do not become dense when baked as the eggs encourage them to rise.

Put the biscuits in an oven and bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 350 degrees till the top becomes a golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
